In quarantine, you can spend more time with both children and cooking.

 That's why we suggest you combine the two for one to make healthy oatmeal pie with a banana. You will need a little time, desire, and most importantly - love for cooking and baking.

Ingredients:

  • Banana - 2 pieces
  • Chicken egg - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 200 g
  • Baking dough - 1 tsp l.
  • Oatmeal flakes - 150 g
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp l.
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp l.

Cooking method:

  1. Grind the oatmeal with a blender.
  2. Then pour warm milk over the flakes.
  3. Set them aside to swell, and in the meantime, do the rest of the products.
  4. Peel the bananas and stir until mushy with a fork.
  5. Add eggs and baking powder to the bananas.
  6. Whisk until smooth.
  7. Add vanilla sugar and cinnamon to the banana mixture.
  8. Combine everything together with the infused cereals.
  9. Stir well.
  10. Grease the mold with butter.
  11. Put the dough there and place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
