Ingredients:

  • Semolina - 200 g
  • Butter - 5 g
  • Milk - 1 l
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Vanilla sugar - 15 g
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Cooking method:

  1. Use milk, semolina, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and butter to grease the mold.
  2. Combine semolina, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  3. Bring the milk to a boil. If it is oily, it is better to add about 200 ml of water to it.
  4. Stir constantly, add semolina with sugar into it.

  7. Add loose eggs to the cooled semolina porridge and stir vigorously until smooth.
