Banana Oat Flake Muffins: A Delicious Dessert for the Whole Family

Ingredients for making the dough:
  • Oat flakes 180 g,
  • Flour 220 g,
  • Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons,
  • Salt 1 / h spoons,
  • Baking powder 1.5 tsp spoons,
  • Soda 1 tsp the spoon,
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp the spoon,
  • Egg 2 pcs.,
  • Bananas 3 pcs.,
  • Vanilla 1 tsp.,
  • Vegetable oil 80 ml.

For decoration:

  • Oat flakes 3 tbsp spoons,
  • Sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon.

Cooking method:

1. Mix sugar, cereal, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and soda in a deep container.

2. In another bowl, mix with a mixer oil, eggs and vanilla. Then we combine the mixture with dry ingredients with egg, stir until smooth.

3. We peel bananas, soften them with a fork or blender, add to the dough, mix with a mixer.

4. Grease molds for muffins with butter, fill with dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cereal.

5. We bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. We check the readiness in 20-25 minutes. Bon Appetit!
