Pear + ginger

You will need: 2 pears, 20 g of fresh ginger root, 1.5 cups of fresh milk, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of hemp oil, 2 tbsp. spoons of mineral oil, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of maple syrup. Before cooking, peel the pear from the seeds and, if desired, from the peel.

To prepare this vitamin smoothie, you will need 120 g of natural yogurt, 100 g of pomegranate seeds and 40 g of cranberries. Add 1/4 cup milk to these ingredients and beat in a blender.

Banana + avocado

Whisk 1 banana, 1 avocado pulp, 1.5 cups coconut milk, 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey. The drink will turn out to be very nutritious and unusual.

Banana + peanut butter

For cooking, you need 1 tbsp. almond milk, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of peanut butter, 1.5 tsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 tsp. a spoonful of ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt. Beat all ingredients with a blender until smooth.
