Facial massage is a great thing. I was convinced of this personally. For three years I lived in Yalta and there I was lucky enough to meet the best cosmetologist, they are usually called a professional from God. Tatyana has golden hands and with her magical massages she literally "stretched" my face. Now I live in Moscow, there are also many excellent "specialists" here, but no one knows how to do massage like Tanya.
She showed how to do an express massage to herself, and every morning I work on my face, this, of course, is an incomplete procedure, but it helps to keep the skin toned.
I recently got another beauty assistant. The same quartz roller, legendary about its magical properties. On the Internet they write that it helps well against edema, improves blood circulation and even, like an iron, smoothes wrinkles.

So, the roller is made of rose quartz. On one end of the tool there is a wide roller, on the other a narrower one for working out the area around the eyes.
How I use it:
In the morning I cleanse my face, apply cream (or serum) and start driving a wide roller along the massage lines:
- I roll the roller from chin to ear;
- From the corner of the mouth to the middle of the ear, this is how I stimulate lymphatic drainage;
- From the bridge of the nose I lead along the cheek to the ear;
- Then I roll the area under the eyes with a narrow roller: from the outer corner of the eye to the inner one, the upper eyelid in the opposite direction;
- I turn the instrument over again and start massaging my forehead: from the cent to the temples 5 times in both directions and then I work out the glabellar wrinkle, move the roller from the middle of the bridge of the nose to hair growth, from below up.
What result:
Since it is a natural stone, the roller remains cold during the entire massage. Due to this, the massager copes well with swelling. Promotes lymphatic drainage and really improves blood circulation. The cold stone soothes the skin, especially for those suffering from rosacea. The skin burns, and the cold stone cools and soothes.
As an iron, it certainly does not work, wrinkles and creases will not smooth out.
Many people write that with the same success you can do a massage with a piece of ice, perhaps so. It's easier for me to take a pebble and quickly put my face in order in the morning. The video does not need to be frozen in advance, ice drops will not fall into the bosom (as it always happens with ice) and you can take it with you on the road and put yourself in order after a long flight.
