If you are tired of all the usual dishes and you want something new, but without much effort, use one of our "lazy" recipes.

Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls in the oven

You will need:
  • Cabbage - 1 head of cabbage
  • Minced meat - 300 g
  • Rice - 150 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Sour cream - 50 g
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Greens

How to cook? Place the cabbage in the microwave for 10 minutes, then place in ice water and divide into sheets. Fry onions and carrots, cook rice until half cooked. When the vegetables and rice have cooled, mix them with the minced meat, add salt and pepper to taste.

Grease a baking sheet with oil, twist stuffed cabbage and place them in a baking sheet. When the whole form is filled with cabbage rolls, add some water. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, mix with grated cheese, chopped herbs, chopped garlic, add sour cream and spices, mix everything thoroughly. Put the resulting mixture evenly on top of the cabbage rolls and put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

Now let's prepare a fur coat: finely chop the tomatoes, grate the cheese, chop the herbs, chop the garlic. Add sour cream, salt and pepper, stir. Spread the "fur coat" evenly over the cabbage rolls. Smooth and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Waffle "chops"

You will need:

  • Minced meat - 300-400 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Waffle cake packaging
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to cook? Chop the onion finely and mix it with the minced meat, add salt and pepper, spices to taste. Spread the waffle cakes, put 1 tablespoon of minced meat on each and spread over the surface. Cover with another crust on top - you get a kind of sandwich.

Beat eggs, add salt. Dip each waffle sandwich in eggs, then sauté them in a skillet with the lid on.

Vegetable lasagna

You will need:

  • Lavash - 2 pcs.
  • Zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese - 300 g

For the béchamel sauce:

  • Milk - 300 ml
  • Flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp

Tomato sauce:

  • Tomatoes - 5 pcs.
  • Spices - cloves, cinnamon, ground ginger, black or red pepper, ground coriander - 1/2 tsp each.
  • Vegetable oil.

How to cook? Peel the tomatoes and grind in a blender. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, add tomatoes, add spices for tomato sauce. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add salt and sugar to taste and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the whole clove from the sauce.

To make the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a frying pan, throw in the nutmeg and flour, fry them a little, then add the milk, stirring the whole mixture. Season with salt and cook until thickened for a few minutes.

Grate the cheese, dice the courgette and pepper. Fry vegetables a little. Ingredients can now be harvested into lasagna. Take a baking dish, put a little tomato sauce in the first layer, on top - a sheet of pita bread in the size of the mold. Grease the pita bread with béchamel sauce, put some vegetables on it, sprinkle with cheese and pour over with tomato sauce. Then put another sheet of pita bread, on top of the bechamel sauce, vegetables, cheese, tomato sauce.

The more layers there are, the tastier and more magnificent the lasagna will turn out. The last layer will be a sheet of pita bread, which is tricked on top with tomato sauce and sprinkled with grated cheese. The lasagne should be baked in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
