A month and a half ago I published an article where I told what helped me get rid of severe hair loss. It was caused by long antibiotic therapy and a rather serious illness, and to this problem I came up comprehensively. If you have not read, I will briefly outline - at first I took tests, did a thyroid screening and ruled out an internal problem. Further, the ampoules literally saved me from falling out, and after them I already decided on the good old oils.
Hair fell from any breeze and it would be disastrous to apply oil right away - the bulbs were so weak that they simply could not withstand such heavy artillery. But when they strengthened a little, I decided on them. Why?
Back in 2011, my hair was killed by endless straightening with a cheap iron without any thermal protection. Then there was a strong prolonged stress - and the hair fell out. It was then that I decided to try burdock oil, then I got carried away with this topic, threw out the iron and gradually grew gorgeous long hair. The friendship with the oils turned out to be strong and productive.
Then my hair stopped needing them, and a little later, due to gray hair, I began to dye my hair and completely abandoned oils, because they wash out the dye well. This summer it was already without a difference in paint or gray hair, just not to be bald.
What oils are suitable for hair: which I chose
I have tried many different oils in due time. Burdock became my real must-have. It is imperative to look at the composition, there should not be any mineral oil in it! I liked Mirroll's firm, they have a wide choice, the only thing I would not recommend is their oil and pepper. The idea is that the pepper should warm and stimulate growth. In fact, nothing warmed up, and when washed off, the eyes burned like hell.
And what is most interesting - when my hair was not dyed, burdock oil simply moisturized it gorgeous. I read hundreds of times that it dries my hair and was quietly glad that I was so lucky. I have dry length and very porous hair, who would have thought that there would be such an effect.
Castor oil is considered the most nutritious and beneficial for hair, my friend just sang odes to him. But I just could not make friends, it’s too heavy. This summer I decided to give him another chance. Or give your hair a shot, to be more precise. I didn’t take it at the pharmacy, I took a cleaner and better one. Alone, it did not suit me, it is difficult to wash off. But paired with burdock — much better.
About oil bey everyone has already heard, probably several years ago it became very popular in the fight against hair loss. And also to stimulate growth. Good bay essential oil is expensive, I wanted to order it, but came across reviews of the oil from CSN. It has an affordable price, since it is not a pure essential oil, but already mixed with the base oil.
The only thing that became a problem was its smell. I heard a lot, of course, but I took a chance. It smells like some concentrated cloves or lavrushka, the smell loud and intrusive. But you know, after a couple of weeks I got used to it and adapted, he stopped annoying me.
Oils must be applied warm, you can warm them up in a water bath or put a bottle in a glass of hot water. No microwaves! Keep it for 30-40 minutes, you can hold it for an hour, it makes no sense longer. During application, the best you can think of is a scalp massage. Do not be lazy, ladies and gentlemen! Frequency - once every 5-7 days, a course of at least 10 masks,
Hair has strengthened well and even without the usual autumn hair loss, now I have a break from everything, I left only peeling once every 1.5 weeks, but I keep my finger on the pulse. For there is still a risk of renewal.
How do you feel about hair oils? Nowadays, there are a lot of ready-made products in the form of lotions and ampoules that do not even require rinsing and many consider oils to be a relic of the past. And someone believes that from them only harm in the form of clogging of pores. In my case, oil is a workhorse.
