So how do you use a towel to achieve rapid and positive weight loss results? It's simple.
We take a towel about 25-30 centimeters high and then roll it into a tight roller. By the way, so that it does not fall apart: it can be tied with a ribbon or any tourniquet.
Now we have a roller ready that will easily keep its shape. Then we put it on any hard and flat surface. It can be a floor covered with a rug, or a couch (bed and sofa will not work).
Then we will need to lie on the roller (by the way, we must do this procedure on an empty stomach). Moreover, it will be necessary to do this so that the towel ends up at the level of the waist (by the way, it will be necessary to do this procedure as carefully as possible so as not to injure the back).
So, when we are located on the floor: we will need to stretch our legs so that our thumbs are looking at each other (to create the effect of clubfoot). You will also need to place your hands behind your head, while pointing your palms down.
We are now ready for the most important part of the procedure:
We will need to lie in this position for about four to five minutes. In this case, it will be necessary to breathe through the mouth and then filling, then emptying the lungs.
After five minutes, we will need to carefully rise from the rolled towel. At this point, our procedure can be considered completed. By the way, it is advisable not to eat anything for an hour after using this technique, as well as not to consume any liquid.
