Looking at the images and taking apart the wardrobes, I notice the same mistakes. And since my clients are from Russia, then we will talk about stylistic incidents that our women allow. By my example, I show what is bad and what is good.
So, errors in spring images: detect and fix!
Add contrast and stand on the heel
A pleated skirt and jeans are a great combination, but the look on the left is too pale. Sneakers and sneakers are not always appropriate, and in tandem with a naive skirt they work against style and will forgive the overall impression.
I will dilute the “rivers of milk and jelly banks” with a shade of the spring sky: I change my jeans for a pastel blue pullover, and nondescript sneakers for stylish Cossacks.
Breaking the rules
In this example, we see the favorite conservative combination of many Russian women who are used to doing everything according to the rules. Perfectly ironed trousers, a feminine blouse that fits well, shoes... I'm not saying that this is terribly bad and ugly, but when a slight negligence rules in fashion (not to be confused with sloppiness), then you can deviate from the rules or create new ones - in your favor, of course!
Have you noticed that the outfit on the left adds 5 years on top? In a blouse of intricate colors with beige trousers, everything is complicated. Different textures of fabrics in their tandem do not get along with each other at all. And in this image, something is clearly missing. That's right, the belt!
I'm going to change into anti-age.
I put on a light top and throw on top of a double-breasted long jacket in a small cage. I add accessories: a stylish gold chain (they are back in fashion) and a belt. The updated sneakers look much more advantageous than the white pumps. The result is a relaxed urban chic look. When combining clothes that are a couple of sizes larger (like a jacket) with things that fit your figure, the main thing is to add air and create an effect of ease and freedom.
We operate from simple to complex
A pencil-model elastic skirt is most often worn according to all the canons of femininity - with shirts or blouses tucked in. And very much in vain, because it sticks like a second skin, emphasizes figure flaws, looks sloppy with the top tucked in and bulges when walking. In a nutshell, an elastic skirt is extremely problematic and no longer relevant.
To stay in trend (even at the level of intuition), it is not necessary to combine things of the same style, it is better to combine simple-complex or, for example, feminine-rebellious.
I tried to make my work on mistakes and jumped from a boring office image to a more relaxed and stylish: put on a top and a characteristic leather shirt with puff sleeves, and also changed white pumps for black sandals. In general, I sharpened and added contrast. In the intermediate version, sandals categorically did not suit me, they cut my legs and emphasize the absence of tanning (yes, but where can I get it now ?!).
The third option is already better, but also not excellent.
I chose another shoe, instead of black, I put on imperceptible, skin-colored sandals with thin lace straps. If we compare the first and third options, then the difference between them is noticeable. How do you like the transformation?
Somehow it was quite obvious that I wanted a warm May and a warming sun (the calendar tells me that it won't be long) so that I could walk along the street without outerwear. When, finally, the weather and all this difficult viral situation unleash, do not repeat my mistakes. Break stylistic rules competently (and come up with your own), combine trends and base, pay attention to detail, and even occasionally get out of your usual sneakers and stand on heels - you miss after all!
