When she found out that the government had allowed beauty salons to open, she rubbed her hands happily. I was looking forward to a new hair color and a haircut. The hair was in need of urgent overhaul.
I decided to go to the salon, which I watched for several months. In their twisted The promoted Instagram account regularly posted perfect works. After the transformation, all the clients had hair that looked like from the cover. And I wanted the same beauty. I understood that the place is one of those where positions in the price list are comparable to a flight to Paris (remember there was a time when you could travel?))
But my hair and I thought and decided - we deserve it! Moreover, they announced that they would provide all customers with a 25% discount on complex staining. Without hesitation, I signed up and began to wait impatiently for that very day.
But when I came to the hairdresser, the euphoria quickly passed. A cruel reality awaited me. But first things first...
Don't switch! At the end I will show what happened and the most interesting thing is the price tag))
At 09:56, I rang the doorbell of the fashionable author's space (they position themselves that way), located opposite the Ukraine Hotel, almost in the very heart of the capital.
After 7 minutes the door opened and I was met by a cleaning lady with a mop... Usually the administrator should do this, but apparently in FASHIONABLE spaces the orders are somewhat different ...
The administrator nevertheless appeared and escorted the foreman to the workplace, who was about to come.
Kindly brought disgusting swill cappuccino. But the cup didn't seem very clean. Maybe it seemed?
I began to look with curiosity at the hall created by the interior designer CHANEL (I read about this on their official website).
What he saw led to a slight shock... somehow everything was not very clean. The touched-up furniture, the splashed walls, the master's cabinet hadn't been washed for several months. Apparently the interior designer CHANEL forgot to warn that from time to time the unique fashionable space needs to be washed ...
I tensed.. For a long time I have not seen such untidiness, especially in our days, when everyone is concerned about cleanliness and few people leave the house without a sanitizer.
Finally my master appeared. Nice young man named Vitaly.
He listened to my wishes and announced the price. Here I was in for another unpleasant surprise. The cost turned out to be 5000 higher than what I was told during the recording.
I clarified:
- "Is this with a discount?"
- "Yes"

We decided to paint in the fashionable Airtouch technique.
While the master was applying the clarifier, I clarified again:
- "What brand are we going to use for coloring?"
- "We only work for REDKEN"
But looking at the shelves on which there were three unfortunate jars... I could not help thinking:
- why not a single bubble REDKEN...
- why is everything hidden, somehow it is very suspicious...
- and near the sink, I did not see a single product, everything gets out from under the floor.
- a naive client lies in the sink and believes that the hair is washed with high-quality expensive shampoo, the hair is nourished by the best mask... but in reality?? Estelle and the Fructis mask? I really hope not... I am used to trusting people, I will not change this habit this time too!
By the way, about masks and gloves here, too, apparently did not hear. My master even applied the dye composition without gloves, it was strange to watch this. And when he put on his protective apron, my jaw dropped, the painter's one is cleaner. Chessword.
Well, you can't tell everything, I won't torment you.
I show what happened:
I liked the result. This is the usual good job of the pros. No wow effect, but quite high quality. By the way, I want to note that I am satisfied with the master. He worked quickly, accurately, professionally. But the individual approach was not enough. I love it when the master, based on my external data, gives recommendations on the correct haircut and selects the appropriate hair color. In this case, this was not the case. I did what she said.
Price and one more surprise:
At the checkout it turned out that their terminal was not working and they somehow forgot to warn me about it. They asked to make an online transfer to the card. But in that case, I would have to pay a commission of 585 rubles. I refused to do this, the administrator with a displeased face began to look for a way out of the situation. And I was also surprised that checks are not issued there ..
And for all this pleasure I paid 19,500 rubles! Allegedly with a discount!
Already at home I went to their website and once again carefully studied the price list:
Those. there was no promised discount, I paid clearly according to the price list.
The next day, I wrote them my review in a personal note and duplicated it under the last post on Instagram. After 5 minutes my review was deleted and that was the last straw... There were only twisted comments from the series: super; how beautiful!; coloring fire !!!
How do you like this service for twenty? I will not recommend this salon to the enemy!
