Yesterday was not an easy day for the Russian footballer. Some not good and not very smart person, leaked a video of Artyom of a personal nature to the Internet. And it scattered across all "publics" at the speed of light.
In principle, if you omit the moment that he is a public person, then there is nothing terrible in this video, except that it is personal. Each person does something that should be hidden from prying eyes. But, unfortunately, popular and media personalities are not immune from such situations. They can easily be framed or deliberately slandered.
I believe that if a person does nothing contrary to the law of the Russian Federation, then there is nothing to talk about. Is that embarrassing and embarrassing, but nothing more.
I have been told many stories when ex-wives and husbands, with whom I have lived for more than a dozen years, either threatened or distributed home photos and videos, in spite of the former spouses. When addressing this problem to the relevant authorities, they will tell you something from a series: well, of course you can sue, but you are unlikely to achieve anything. The maximum fine is 1,000 rubles. Well, if you're lucky, "the administrative system will be slapped against the pest." And you have to spend money.
But, as a rule, such situations go unpunished.
So, I am interested in the following questions:
- Why won't the punishment for the dissemination of such information be toughened in our country?
- Why, in most cases, such situations go unpunished and the injured party does not suffer, but the victim?
- Why should a person who did not give his consent to the distribution of this video incur moral and financial losses?
- Why is the person who shit sitting somewhere in the corner and giggling?
I think that if the punishment was severe enough, people would watch the language and what they distribute.
The same goes for public insults. People have completely lost their moral character and sometimes looking at this orgy becomes scary.
Millions of years of evolution to make you that way? What drives you? Envy? Anger? Resentment?
People who laugh at the failures of others, offend and humiliate the weaker, in this situation people, are just trying to amuse their pride. Like, look, what fools, but I'm smart, I don't do this. Well, or I do, but I didn't get caught. And look, what a fool ...
For me, this is the level of development of a five-year-old child. You can still behave like this in the sandbox. But when you are a sexually mature person, it looks pitiful and stupid.
I will not say that I am for or against Artyom. But the situation itself puzzles me. Why did they remove the guy and deprive him of the captain's rank? He hasn't done anything illegal. But those who "leaked" this video did.
So why are they punishing him, and not those who committed the unlawful act?
