Each of us often hears the phrase: "Movement is life." And the truth of these words has been proved more than once by the experience of many people in practice.

With the help of simple movements, you can not only prevent many ailments of the vascular system, but also strengthen them and even cure them.

And it is not necessary to torment yourself with grueling exercises in the gym and try to achieve unattainable records, it is enough to overcome your laziness and regularly perform simple gymnastics.

For example, simple walking is very useful, especially in the fresh air and at least an hour every day. For the vascular system, it is better to alternate walking at a slow and accelerated pace. It tones and strengthens them well.

You can also, if possible, give up transport and take more walks. Almost every family has its own car, and if earlier we went to the store on foot, now it is easier for us to get to it by car, thus we save time, but do not develop vascular system.

In the morning, wake up 10 to 20 minutes earlier than usual in order to do a simple exercise.

Lying on your back in bed, lift your legs and arms up and shake them slightly for 1 to 2 minutes.

Then stand up, slightly lift your heels off the floor by about 1 cm and sharply lower them, as if hitting the floor. Repeat this exercise for 2 to 3 minutes.

This "vibration" improves the condition of the capillaries and blood circulation.
