Kahraman fell in love with Elif for her kind heart and sympathetic character. He witnessed Elif's good deeds more than once. And he understood that his wife was sincerely worried about everyone around her.
Kahraman was surprised by Elif's deed when she was able to forgive Meryem and allow her to raise their baby. But, even more he was surprised and delighted with Elif's attitude to Defne.
Defne, feeling unwell, went to the hospital. After examining Defne, the doctors said that everything was fine with her child, but they advised him to stay until morning.
Defne called Kahraman and asked him to come. And the nurse asked to tell him not to leave her alone.
Kahraman stayed with Defne in the hospital until morning and Elif could not get through to him.
Arriving home in the morning, Elif did not express her displeasure to Kahraman, but said that he did the right thing. Toprak and Defne's child are relatives and should live in peace and harmony.
Later, Elif goes to Defna to inquire about her health.
Elif told her mother about her visit and said that she was sincerely worried about her and wanted their children to be friends.
Kahraman overheard Elif's conversation with Sultan Khanim.
Kahraman was delighted with his wife's deed. He never ceased to be amazed at her kindness and desire to help others.
