With shrimps
You will need:
- shrimp - 200 g;
- cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- tomato - 1 pc.;
- olives - 150 g;
- cheese - 100 g.
How to cook:
Canned crayfish tails can be used instead of shrimp. Cut the cucumbers into circles, cut the tomato into slices and take out the whole core. It turns out 2 types of canapes - the first: on a skewer shrimp, olive and cucumber, the second: tomato, olive, cheese.
With mint
You will need:
- olives - 10 pcs.;
- mint - 20 leaves;
- cucumber - half;
- cheese - 100 g;
- cumin seeds - 1 tsp l .;
- pine nuts - 40 pcs.;
- lemon zest - 1 tbsp. l .;
- olive oil.
How to cook:
Finely chop the mint and chop the nuts, mix with the cumin, grated zest and oil. It turns out sauce for canapes. First, put a cube of cheese on a skewer, dip it in the sauce, then string a slice of cucumber, olive, mint.

You will need:
- cherry - 20 pcs.;
- cheese - 100 g;
- basil - a bunch;
- olive oil - 4 tbsp. l .;
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp l .;
- garlic - 1 s.;
- pepper and salt.
Preparation:
Cut cherry in half, cheese into cubes, rinse and dry basil. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a container - this is a dressing. Collect canapes - tomato, cheese, basil leaf, tomato. Sprinkle the dressing over the canapes.
With cottage cheese
You will need:
- cucumber - 1 pc.;
- cottage cheese - 100 g;
- crispbreads - 4 pcs.;
- dill - a bunch;
- garlic - 2 g .;
- salt.
How to cook:
Grind cottage cheese with chopped dill, salt and grated garlic. Divide the crispbread into 3 parts, cut the cucumber into thin slices. Put a cucumber on a skewer, and then stick it into a piece of bread smeared with curd mass.
With herring
You will need:
- herring - 1 pc .;
- black bread;
- mustard.
How to cook:
Cut the bread and herring into medium slices. First spread mustard on the bread, then put a piece of fish, and pierce the sandwich with a skewer. Very simple and insanely delicious!
With melon
- melon - 100 g;
- lightly salted salmon - 100 g;
- avocado - 50 g;
- boiled quail eggs - 8 pcs.;
- black bread - 5 pieces;

How to cook:

Cut the cheese and pineapple into equal cubes. Put on a skewer - pineapple, olive, cheese.
You can cook canapes from almost anything, the main thing is to show your imagination and use products that are combined to taste. For example, you can use standard sandwich products - a slice of white bread, cheese, sausage, well, and some kind of vegetable, for example, a cucumber.
