Solyanka is a thick soup that is cooked in strong meat, fish or mushroom broth. The types of hodgepodge are so thick that sometimes it is quite difficult to attribute them to the first courses. Solyanka is a dish of Russian cuisine, and the phrase "mixed hodgepodge" has long become an idiom, meaning a mixture of different ingredients.
The first courses are very healthy and tasty. Their regular use helps to establish the digestive tract. Therefore, from childhood, our parents forced us to eat soup, while we reluctantly devoured dishes carefully prepared by our mothers. Sometimes an adult is reluctant to eat a plate of liquid dish.
