How to cook

The water should be at room temperature. Pour in the gelatin and let it sit for about 30 minutes, let it swell.

After the gelatin has swollen, it must be poured into a saucepan and placed on fire. Stir until about 80 degrees, but never boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat, let the gelatinous mass cool.

At this time, you need to thoroughly beat the sugar, sour cream and vanillin. Use a mixer or blender and beat until all the sugar crystals are dissolved.

Dry the berries and fruits slightly. Depending on what you take, you need to peel the skin, remove seeds and seeds. Cut berries and fruits into small pieces.

Combine sour cream and gelatin, stirring continuously. At first glance, the mixture seems watery, but you should not worry, it will cool down perfectly.

Add some of the fruit to the sour cream jelly, and stir so that they are distributed throughout the volume. Leave some to decorate the cake on top.
