What do you need:

  • can - 0.5 l;
  • oat flakes;
  • low-fat milk;
  • yogurt without additives.

Cooking process:

Put all the ingredients in a jar, add berries or fruits to taste. Close the lid, mix the contents of the jar thoroughly, and put in the refrigerator overnight! Everything! Enjoy in the morning!

With citrus

Composition:

  • flakes - 1/4 st.;
  • milk - 1/3 tbsp.;
  • plain yogurt - 1/4 tsp;
  • orange jam / jam - 1 tbsp l .;
  • honey - 1 tsp l .;
  • chopped tangerines - quarter cup

Throw all products, except tangerines in a jar, close the lid and stir. Then add some dried tangerines and stir again. Put breakfast in the refrigerator until morning, and you can keep it like that for up to 3 days!

Banana

Composition:

  • flakes - 1⁄4 st.;
  • milk - 1/3 tbsp.;
  • yogurt - 1⁄4 tsp;
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • honey - 1 tsp l .;
  • chopped bananas - 1⁄4 tsp

Mix everything in a jar, and then add pieces of fruit, you need to take ripe ones. You can store breakfast in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

With apples

You will need:

  • flakes - 1/4 st.;
  • milk - 1/3 tbsp.;
  • yogurt - 1/4 cup;
  • cinnamon - 0.5 tsp l .;
  • honey - 1 tsp l .;
  • apple pieces or mashed potatoes - a quarter cup.

The manufacturing process is similar. We put everything in a jar, stir, and then add apples. Breakfast can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

With cherry

Composition:

  • flakes - a quarter cup;
  • milk - a third of a glass;
  • yogurt - a quarter cup;
  • honey - 1 tsp l .;
  • vanilla - 0.5 tsp l .;
  • grated dark chocolate - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • frozen or fresh cherries - a quarter cup.

Put everything except the last two ingredients in a jar, shake, and then grate the chocolate and add the cherry. It is better to cut the cherries into halves, and, of course, add a pitted berry.

Mocha

You will need:

  • coconut milk - 1/3 cup;
  • flakes - 1⁄4 st.;
  • plain yogurt - 1⁄4 cup
  • honey - 1 tsp l .;
  • cocoa powder - 1 tsp l .;
  • any instant coffee 1⁄2 tsp l.

Place in a jar - yogurt, honey, milk, cocoa and oatmeal. Dissolve separately in 1 tbsp. l. hot water coffee, and then pour into the jar too. Close the jar with a lid and shake vigorously. Insanely tasty and invigorating. You can store such a dish in the refrigerator for about three days.
