What to cook when losing weight on a diet: diet tiramisu

Ingredients:
3 pcs - egg
30 g - corn starch
baking powder
sweetener
a cup of strong coffee
100 g ricotta
400 g - soft cottage cheese
coffee flavor
Cooking method:
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Whisk the whites thoroughly.
Whisk the egg yolks with sweetener, vanilla and baking powder.
Mix the mixture gently.
Bake the crust for about 10-15 minutes.
Cut the cake into even strips.
Then boil the coffee.
We make the cream further. For it, you need to whip ricotta, with sweetener, flavoring and cottage cheese.
Collect the tiramisu.
Place some cream on the bottom in a container. Then add the coffee-soaked cookies, then the cream again.
Continue to lay out the cookies and cream in the same way. The last layer should be cream.
Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator overnight.
Sprinkle it with cocoa in the morning.
Diet tiramisu is ready.
