My nasolabial folds appeared early, in my student years. I remember that in the company I tried to smile even less, because after a wide smile, a thin fold remained for a long time. So at 19 I first tried filler. I used different ones - from expensive to cheap. But in the end...
Refused fillers and bought a good cream
The fact is that:
- firstly, no matter how high-quality the filler is, its effect wears off, and it becomes necessary to repeat the expensive procedure.
- secondly, for the sake of temporary beauty, I do not want to risk my health (bruises and swelling do not count, everyone knows about possible complications).
- thirdly, after repeated injection of the filler, the face looks unnatural, like a mask.
So what should you do to get rid of nasolabial folds?
Step 1 - Get a good cream that has a long lasting effect. But I do not recommend using the same cream all the time, because the skin gets used to the effects of its components, and "the cream stops working." Therefore, so that the skin does not get used to it, it is necessary to change the cream every 3 months. If you prefer one manufacturer, try different series.
Step # 2. Good facial massage
Now on the Internet you can find a variety of massage techniques - from classics to exotic with the use of additional funds. Experts warn of contraindications and, like any other massage, advise courses. I chose the most pleasant techniques for myself and periodically alternate, devoting only 10 minutes to this important procedure, 2 times a day. As well as doing gymnastics from nasolabial folds. The main thing is not to be lazy. But that's not all.
Step number 3. Fixing the result with a mask
This pleasant cosmetic procedure should be given special attention, because the mask:
- renews the skin;
- gives a charge of nutrients;
- tones up;
- increases elasticity;
- improves complexion.
Most often I use ready-made masks, but sometimes I make them myself; loved the patches very much. I will not advise any specific composition, since the mask needs to be used depending on the individual needs of your skin. I prefer to alternate between cleansing, nourishing and moisturizing. Following the advice of cosmetologists, I periodically give my skin a rest.
A very good effect for this problem area is given by rubbing with ice or just a cotton pad moistened with cold water.
Thanks to these simple methods, I managed to smooth out nasolabial wrinkles. I came to the conclusion that you can avoid having to do expensive procedures in beauty salons. I wish you to remain beautiful at any age!
