My recipe for cooking zucchini! You don't need to fry anything!

A new zucchini season has begun and it's time to cook them. The days are hot and there is a lot to do, so it is not always possible to stand at the stove. Did you know that you can cook a tasty and healthy zucchini dish without frying? I found out about this recently and was very surprised that everything is so simple!

Now I will share my find with you.

So I started to cook vegetables all summer. I really like my homemates, but I only benefit from it: cheap, tasty, aromatic, not high in calories, but satisfying.

What could be better?

Here is a basic recipe, the ingredients can be changed at your discretion. It turns out very tasty anyway.

How to cook

Young zucchini should be rinsed well in running water. If they are small, then the skin can be left. If the zucchini is a little overgrown, it is worth peeling them, as the skin becomes hard and does not soften during cooking.

Zucchini should be cut into slices about 2 cm thick. or a little less.

Now I take a glass and cut out the middle in all the circles. You can use a suitable sized dish or a simple teaspoon.

Such "perforated" zucchini should be salted on all sides, but a little. We do not throw out the middle, we need them. We put them in a blender, onions and meat go there. This is all crushed, it turns out such minced meat and vegetables.

If there is no blender, then you can do without it. Take the finished minced meat, a cutting board, finely chop the middle of the zucchini, chop the onions and mix everything on the same board.

This mass needs to be salt and pepper. If the minced meat is liquid (and this happens often if you use a blender), then thicken it with semolina. How much to take, see the state of the minced meat. It takes me about a tablespoon of semolina, sometimes a little more or less.

Mix everything well and fill the middle of the squash circles with this filling. Put the finished zucchini on a baking sheet, which is covered with paper. To make it less fiddly, you can first put the zucchini on a leaf, and then stuff them with a mixture of minced meat and vegetables.

Grease the semi-finished products with a well-loosened egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Now we take the tomatoes. Cut them into circles and put them on top of the zucchini. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour.

As soon as time has passed and the zucchini are ready, take out the baking sheet with them and quickly sprinkle with pre-cooked grated cheese. Now put the dish back and bake for another five minutes so that the cheese melts and brown a little.

Now our quick and wonderful dinner is ready, you can invite everyone to the table!

What products are needed:

Young zucchini - 4-5 pcs.

Minced meat (you can take any, I had chicken that time, but it also works well with pork) - 300-400 g.

Onions (onions) - 1 pc.

Salt and pepper - take to taste

Chicken egg - a pair of small or one large.

Ground bread crumbs - 50-70 g.

Medium tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.

Cheese (of any kind that can be grated) - 50-70 g.
