Affordable tasty dish without the meat for 20 minutes

I really liked this simple dish of vegetables, which I now often cook. The whole process takes less than 20 minutes. All products are available to everyone. 6. After 5 minutes, add extinguishing eggplant zucchini and tomatoes.

7. Stew dish another 7 minutes, occasionally stirring gently so as not to damage the structure of vegetables. At the end add salt and pepper and season with garlic. Garnish with fresh herbs (dill and parsley).
