How to get rid of the evening eating
For a long time for me to overeating at night was a big problem. Coming home from work, quickly ran to the kitchen, preparing a meal for a family.
Until cooked, then you try something, a piece of that - that you eat, and then not want to eat, but when in the flat silence, the children and my husband sleeping and on the clock 23-00 or 00-00, it wakes the beast and asks there is. So much so requests, that sleep is impossible. And it starts tarahtenie plates and pots. Horror!
Long thought of what to do? Yet decided on their own to solve the problem. I read a couple of articles. The solution was this:
- reduce the amount of edible food, but eat more often,
- eat fruit and vegetables,
- forget about fried, greasy, spicy, and especially - garlic,
- no buns cakes,
- on the night just kefir snack and then for an hour before bedtime,
- no coffee, tea and water, as the road to the toilet is past the kitchen, it's dangerous.
I do not include in your diet cabbage and apples, because I have a sore stomach from them.
Day drink water, it is desirable to drink 3 o'clock you drunk 90% volume of water. During the summer, try to eat more salads with vegetable oil, and it is possible and without oil.
Over time, the body gets used to this rhythm of life. The most important thing is not to break, there is the risk of failure in the first and third month, then much easier. Know boiled, baked, stewed food is very tasty, and most importantly, useful.
Replace mayonnaise cream or any vegetable oil. Discard the sweet carbonated water, drink tea with mint or Milis, especially at night, you fall asleep faster, and you will not have to travel on open spaces of the kitchen. All of this I was able to do!! I'm glad! And how were glad my scales, feeling the relief. And then the excitement and the desire to progress did not stop there.
Much time has passed, and the habit remained. The maximum that I can afford a night, it's fruits: kiwi, strawberries or salad of cucumbers and tomatoes without oil. Good luck!
