We are a family adore winter feast conservation. Especially like tomatoes. I've been searching for recipes that would be ideal to prepare, and finally found. Such a yummy, you definitely have not eaten!
So first tell you a prescription of conventional canned tomatoes. I will try to detail, to get even in young mistresses.
The recipe first
Need for 2-liter jars:
• tomatoes;
• Garlic - 6 cloves;
• peppercorns - 8 pcs .;
• dill - 2 umbrella;
• bay leaf - 2 pcs .;
• leaves of cherry, black currant and horseradish - on request.
Need for brine:
• water - 1 liter;
• Salt - 1 tbsp .;
• Sugar - 2 tbsp .;
• vinegar essence - 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
Prepare jars. They need to be washed with soda and then sterilized with the caps. I pour the water into the pan on top jar and put colander upside down and the cover of the cans in this water. Liter jars need to be sterilized 15 minutes.
In each jar, place all ingredients evenly, then add the tomatoes. Fill jars conventional boiling water and cover with lids. Leave until cool, or at least 20 minutes.
Prepare brine by dissolving salt in water and sugar. As the water begins to boil, pour vinegar. Drain the water from the cans and pour tomatoes brine. Immediately roll up, turn it upside down and leave until cool.
Recipe second "Tomatoes in Polish"
Take a 3 l jar 0.6, sterilize, as described above and the components begin to fold layers.
Layer 1 - bow semicircles.
2 layer - chopped garlic, parsley, dill.
Layer 3 - Tomatoes slices.
So alternating layers, and the top should be a bow. Pour the marinade over the vegetables. It should be in two liters of water to dissolve 6 tablespoons sugar and 2 tbsp salt to boil, add 2 tbsp sol. oil and 1 tbsp 9% vinegar. Jars roll up and turn to cool.
