Ingredients

In addition to the 300 grams of salmon, we need:

  • beets - 2 pcs;
  • lemon peel or other citrus - 2 tsp .;
  • clove - ½ tsp .;
  • G - 3 tbsp .;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp .;
  • allspice - 1 tsp .;
  • garlic - 50 g

Instead, you can use garlic horseradish.

Cooking method

1. Separating salmon fillet from the ridge, remove excess bone and skin of reserve. While fish rests to dry the upper layer, let us mixture for salting.

2. We grind the beets in a blender or rub on fine grater.

3. To send beet pepper, cloves crushed, pressed garlic, salt, sugar and citrus peel. Usually use lemon for the fish, but orange is more than ever.

4. Spread a plastic wrap and place in the middle of pink salmon sandpaper down. Put the 1/3 beet pulp under the fish.

5. Top also cover fillets marinated beetroot. Please note that the beet juice is allocated. Try to keep it, so it is well soaked the entire fish.

6. Carefully wrap the fish in foil and send it in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.

7. After one day, we obtain our pink salmon from the refrigerator, unwrap and remove beet layer. I recommend to use a paper towel - quickly and conveniently. Then already cleaned fish wash in cold water, washing away excess salt.

8. Again embarked on a paper towel. Blotted pink salmon from the excess fluid.

9. Pink salmon cut into slices. Take a closer look, a deep red color of the fish on top and tender pink inside.
