Often the dessert is associated with cakes, which already originates in Italy, the word means "twist, twist". By the way, the expression “they don’t argue about tastes” came from there, but it sounded like this - “they don’t argue about cakes”. The most famous dessert in Italy is tiramisu, the name consists of three words that can be translated "lift me up." There is a version that this is due to the fact that it is very high in calories, but there is another - "lift" my mood - because of the combination of coffee and chocolate.

According to the rules, sweet wines, liqueurs and brandies are served with desserts, but they are not required. When serving the dessert table, fruit is always used.

Today we will prepare a simple and delicious dessert that you will never get bored of.

Products:

1. Cottage cheese of any fat content: 200 gr.

2. Butter: 200 gr.

3. Flour - 380 gr.

4. Sugar - one tbsp spoon, a pinch of salt and one egg.

For filling:

1. Any of your favorite berries.

2. Starch, it can be replaced with flour.

3. Sugar.

Cooking process

Cottage cheese can be rubbed through a sieve or chopped in a blender, it doesn't matter. You can use any fat content for cooking, add an egg, sugar and salt there.

Add butter to flour and grind into crumbs. Add the cottage cheese mixture and prepare the dough, which is then wrapped in cellophane and put in the refrigerator for an hour.

After that, cut the dough into equal pieces and roll out the circles. Put the berries in the center and collect the dough.

Everything is ready, nothing could be simpler. We spread everything on a baking sheet and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. After that you can serve it for tea, it turns out just delicious. Have a nice tea!
