Diy "Anthill" diet: instructions step by step

- 1 chicken egg
- 100 g low fat sour cream
- 4 tbsp whole grain flour

- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
Cooking method:
- Break an egg into a bowl, add sour cream and mix well.
- Add flour and baking powder, sweetener, mix everything again until smooth.
- Pour the dough into a tall mug and microwave for 3 minutes.
- The biscuit rises well and bakes.
- Set it aside to cool, then remove it from the mug and cut it into small cubes.
- While the base of the cake is cooling, prepare the cream.
- For the cream, combine soft cottage cheese, milk, cocoa and honey.
- Whisk it with a blender to make the cream light and fluffy.
- In a bowl, stir together the biscuits and cream.
- Cover a deep plate with cling film and lay out the entire resulting mass. .
- Refrigerate for several hours.
