Ingredients:
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 250 ml of cream 33% fat
- 2 large kiwifruit
- 1 medium banana
- mint leaves
Preparation:
- Beat yolks mixer with powdered sugar mass to obtain a uniform consistency.
- Cream rack in a saucepan and bring to boil. A thin stream, stirring constantly, pour them into the yolk mass. Put on a hot water bath and, without stopping stirring, cook until thick. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Kiwi and banana peel and chop the blender. The resulting fruit puree blended into the cooled cream and store in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Then remove and whisk mixer until a fluffy air mass. Again, remove it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
- The finished ice lay on the ice-cream bowls, garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Banana and raspberry ice cream
Ingredients:
- 400 ml of 25% cream or 33% fatty cream misfit
- 300 ml banana puree
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp. l. or pureed raspberry jam (can take any berries that kids love)
- 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
Preparation:
- Whisk the sour cream with 1 tbsp. l. sugar and add the mashed banana. Thoroughly mix until smooth.
- Separate the proteins from egg yolks. Whisk the egg yolks with 1 tbsp. l. Sahara. Add them to the banana-sour cream mixture and stir.
- Whisk proteins with 1 tbsp. l. sugar until stable peak. And add to the basic mixture.
- Take the form, fill it half the mixture, add the raspberry jam and pour the rest. Place in freezer until complete solidification.
