Tomato soup with basil

After the previously prepared onion soup I went to the winds, I decided to try to cook a simple but interesting on the composition of the first dishes. And it really interested me tomato soup with basil - a hot and warming sun of Tuscany.

Ingredients

To our wonderful, fragrant soup 🥣 prepare:

  • tomatoes - 300 g;
  • water - 50 ml;
  • onions - 30 g;
  • Garlic - 1 clove;
  • oil - ½ tbsp .;
  • basil - ½ tbsp .;
  • cream - 30 g;
  • salt - to taste;
  • nutmeg - a pinch.

I advise you to add fresh basil - it is more fragrant. Unfortunately, we do it in the afternoon with a gas mask will not find.

Cooking method

1. Onions and garlic finely shinkuem.

2. With tomato peel and shred.
