Today, I suggest a simple way to prepare a juicy pork in the oven. Bake it will be on a bed of vegetable zazharki to preserve juiciness of meat.

Ingredients

  • chicken - 150 g;
  • Onion - 1 pc .;
  • carrots - 1/2 pcs .;
  • Soy sauce - 50 ml;
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp .;
  • oil - 1 tbsp .;
  • Dried dill - 1 tsp .;
  • ground red pepper - to taste;
  • salt - to taste.

Cooking method

1. The first thing we fry the onion and carrot.

2. Meat cut into steaks, cover with mayonnaise, and soy sauce. Well we coat by adding dill marinade and spices. We leave it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Spread on parchment thick layer of vegetable zazharki.

4. Put the vegetables on pork. But not just the meat - all topped with the remaining marinade.

5. Bake meat vegetable cushion at 180 degrees about 20-25 minutes.
