For some unknown reason I slightly forgot to me about the practical and bright taste of buckwheat pancakes. They are distinguished by a slight nutty aftertaste, and preparing to "one-two-three."

Ingredients

  • buckwheat flour - 100 g;
  • Wheat flour - 100 g;
  • milk - 550 ml;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs;
  • sugar - 20 grams;
  • Salt - 1 tsp .;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Cooking method

1. To add the eggs and sugar, beat.

2. Pouring milk room temperature.

3. First sift the liquid mixture buckwheat flour.

4. Then wheat, mixed with baking powder.

5. Pour oil. Knead the dough and forget about it for 20 minutes.

If you have any problems during the preparation and in the test were formed lumps, then it does not matter! Use frequent sieve - just "asks" the dough through it and you're done.

6. Our 20 minutes had elapsed, and the dough is ready.

7. How to fry the pancakes, I think talking is not necessary. Standard pour a small amount on a preheated pan, flatten and fry on both sides.
