Snack with pita bread from the category of "nothing is easier"

My husband got into the habit to come to work earlier. Reheat something from the food a burden to him, and so I always at the ready here are snacks to satisfy hunger burning before my arrival.

Ingredients

  • Lavash sheet - 1 unit;
  • Chinese cabbage - 3 pcs;
  • tomatoes - 1 pc;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs;
  • carrots - 30 g;
  • onions - 20 g;
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp .;
  • Garlic - 1 clove.

Cooking method

1. Finely chop the leaves of Chinese cabbage.

2. Shred fresh tomatoes.

3. Shinkuem boiled eggs.

4. Lavash sheet, cut into strips of width 10 cm, coat with a mixture of mayonnaise and garlic.

5. On the edge of the spread of the filling (do not forget a little salt). Wrap, forming a triangle (this form of presentation has become my favorite because the filling is securely fixed).

These are the triangles we have obtained. They can be eaten immediately or slightly warmed in vegetable oil.

I usually heated. Then allocate juice vegetables and triangles become even juicier. And of course do not forget about the greens.
