Appetizer of pita with fish, mushrooms and vegetables

Recently I liked my appetizer with pita bread. Today, as a filling I use the baked fish, mushrooms and vegetables.

Cooking Time - 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • pita - 1 pc;
  • fish - 150 g;
  • butter - to taste;
  • tomatoes - 1 pc;
  • pickled cucumber - 1 piece;
  • Garlic - 1 clove;
  • mushrooms - 100 g;
  • onion - ½ piece;
  • Mayonnaise - 1.5 Nl .;
  • cream - 1.5 Nl .;
  • mozzarella cheese - 30 g;
  • lettuce - the number of triangles;
  • feathers onion - to taste.

Cooking method

1. I bake the fish in advance. SPLIT pink salmon fillet, seasoned with spices and place in a baking dish, but not just - first in parchment, then foil. On fish and put a teaspoon of butter, so that it turned out more juicy.

2. Pink salmon Bake in oven at 200 degrees.

3. After 20 minutes, the fillet is completely ready.

4. Cut it into pieces.

5. Following chopped tomatoes and cucumber.

6. We grind the garlic and parsley.

7. Combine the ingredients. I fry the mushrooms in advance - got about 3 tbsp. l. Fried mushrooms and onion in oil until cooked.

8. Add the sauce - mayonnaise or sour cream.

9. Lavash sheets cut into strips about 10 cm wide. Slightly moving away from the edge, lay a lettuce leaf on it - part of the filling.

10. Finish the mozzarella cheese. It can be like a grate and slice.

11. Close the filling, forming a triangle.

12. We fry our triangles in the pan or heated in the oven for 5-6 minutes.
