Beef Stroganoff or Beef Stroganoff is a variety of cooking options. And each of them can claim the title of "classics of the genre." I did not threaten in the classics, but just prepare the way like, and how my mother taught.

Ingredients
- beef - 250 g;
- bow - 0.5 units;
- sour cream - 80 g;
- flour - 0.5 Nl .;
- water - 75 ml;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking method
1. Beef without taking lived. Selected for the dish my flesh, obsushivayut and fend for cutting convenience.
2. First, cut into pieces bigger, and then on the traditional wedges across the grain.
3. Spread the meat in a single layer in a small amount of oil. Fry for 3 minutes with constant stirring.
4. After 3 minutes the meat is almost ready thanks to the fine cutting. But, of course, has it even impossible, as is still damp.
5. Add the onion to the meat of half rings. Fry 3 minutes until soft. At this stage, you need a dish sprinkle with a little flour.
6. Add the cream and water. Reduce heat to low and tormented dish, covered for 15 minutes - the meat is soft and fully comes to readiness. Salt and pepper somewhere in the middle of this process.
If after 15 minutes you realize that the sauce has become too thick, add more cream.
Beef Stroganoff is ready.
The sauce can also add a little tomato paste. But I prefer to cook only sour cream - because beef is a more gentle. Bon Appetit!
