Salad with squid and cucumber - a simple, tasty and delicious

Today at the store my eyes fell on the frozen carcass of squid. And I decided to prepare a light salad - spring-like fresh and very appetizing.

Ingredients

  • squid - 1 pc;
  • cucumber - 1 piece;
  • Egg (white) - 2 units;
  • feathers onion - to taste;
  • cream / mayonnaise - to taste.

Cooking method

The main component is the squid. But to become a highlight of the salad, it is necessary to prepare properly.

1. Squid purify by removing film and the spine (transparent inset). Laying it in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes.

Some recommend not boil, but simply to fill twice purified squid boiled water for 10 minutes. They say that the result is the same - bland squid cooked. I have not tried since decoction squid for me more than usual. If you have used the method of "double pouring boiling water", share impressions.

2. Ready squid rings or cut into strips.

3. Eggs have been a decoction. The yolk is separated from the protein. Cut also strips or rings.

4. Julienne sliced ​​fresh cucumber.

6. Salad dressed with the sauce, which is love, salt and pepper. I seasoned sour cream.
