  • biscuit - 1 pc;
  • orange Kurd - 200 ml;
  • cream - 100 g;
  • powdered sugar - 30 grams;
  • dark chocolate - 20 g;
  • banana - 1 pc.

Cooking method

1. Cut the sponge cake in the cake layers, each coat with orange Kurd. The top layer leaving untouched - it will adorn sour cream.

2. Beat cream with powdered sugar. Available I had a low-fat sour cream, so persistent peaks failed. But for impregnating a cream will be even better.
