Today, I conceived to cook a stew with potatoes and three kinds of cabbage: Brussels, broccoli and color. I came to the conclusion that if the cabbage to cook just with potatoes, the result of it will be nothing useful. So I decided to make stew out in two stages. And I made the right decision!
Cooking Time - 40 minutes
Servings - 3
Ingredients
- potatoes - 5 pcs .;
- Brussels sprouts s / m - 150 g;
- cauliflower s / m - 150 g;
- Broccoli / m - 150 g;
- Carrots - 1 pc .;
- Onion - 1 pc .;
- Garlic - 3 cloves;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- salt - to taste;
- water - 100 ml.
Cooking method
1️⃣ Sliced onions and carrots fry in the appropriate mode for 5-7 minutes.
By 2️⃣ fried vegetables ship diced potatoes and pouring 100 ml of water.
Put 3️⃣ mode "Quenching" for 20 minutes.
4️⃣ When triggered beep, add to multivarku washed cabbage. Salt, pepper and put mode "Quenching" for 15 minutes.
5️⃣ After 15 minutes, potatoes, and all three types of cabbage are fully prepared.
Ragout of potatoes with three kinds of cabbage turns out very tasty.
