- rice flour - 130 g;
- coconut milk - 200 ml;
- water - 200 ml;

How to cook coconut pancakes
1. Eggs break into a bowl, add salt to it.
2. Beat until light foam, then add the sugar. It is possible to increase the amount - it all depends on what kind of pancakes prefer.
3. Now pour in the coconut milk and stir thoroughly.
4. Sift the flour into a bowl and knead the dough.

It is believed that rice flour pancakes on a priori can not be rosy, but it is not so. If you mix equal proportions of oil and butter, the pancakes are obtained not only fragrant but rosy.
