Ingredients
- 700 g of potato,
- 2 medium onions,
- 1 egg,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons flour (but many do without flour, and it is also very tasty)
- vegetable oil,
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste.
- Clean kartoshinu. After that, rub vegetable on a fine grater. You can also rub the potatoes to the onions to avoid bitterness in shingles.
