Banica - one of the favorite foods in Bulgaria. It is served in the cafe-bakery that is called banicharnitsa as in small towns or villages, and in the cities. 1. Sift flour and salt is added thereto, warm water, vinegar, oil, egg. Mix everything with a spoon, then knead the dough by hand until it becomes homogeneous. The dough should have elastic and not too steep.
