Crimean Tatars
Crimean Tatars - a Turkic people that was formed in the Crimea on the basis of the complex ethno-political history and under the influence of the geographical location and natural conditions.

ethnic Bulgarians
Now we look at the ethnic Bulgarians living mainly in what is now the Odessa region. In his circle they communicate exclusively in their native language, respect the customs and traditions, and the children brought up in severity, respect for elders and reverence for God.
Previously, traditional house Ukrainian Bulgarians consisted of two rooms and a utility room. The smaller of the rooms often not heated, and served as a dressing room. There, on one of the benches, dowry fit daughters. The female half of the population almost continuously lived in their villages and only 50-ies of the last century allow girls to complete secondary education and go on optional training in technical schools, colleges and universities.
For a long time, the life of ethnic Bulgarians was subject to extremely life and agriculture. Adults and children from early morning until late at night to work in the field. Accordingly, the education of children has been directed at the development of skills related to agriculture and animal husbandry. Previously youth acquainted with each other for a common cause. Bulgarians have long been revered as a special celebration of midwives - Babin day (in January). Women ringleader in the day in the village, teased by men, and it was better not to get in their way. Today, the holiday got a new name - the Day of motherhood and maternity care. Interestingly, in the home Babin day is increasingly becoming a holiday grandmothers, on whose shoulders, while working mothers are big concerns for raising children.
