INGREDIENTS:
- Dried - 500 g (dates, raisins, prunes)
- Nuts - 100-150 g (walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, almond, pine nuts)
- Seeds - 50 g (sunflower, pumpkin)
- The seeds of chia - 0.5 hours. l.
- Sesame - 1 hr. l.
- Coconut - 3 tbsp. l.
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp. l. (optional)
- Cocoa or carob - 2 tbsp. l
COOKING METHOD:
1. Dried fruit is thoroughly washed and dried, clearing some of them from seed.
2. With the blender to shred them smooth.
3. Adding to the resulting mass of the desired ingredients, except the hazelnuts and almonds - they will be put into the candy. For more chocolate flavor in the finished part of the mass, you can add cocoa or carob.
4. All the ingredients mix with wet hands.
