INGREDIENTS:

For the dough:
Dry yeast - 7 g
Flour - 30 g
Water - 100 g

The main batch:
Flour - 500 g
Sunflower oil - 30 g
Pumpkin puree - 350 g
Honey - 30 g
Pumpkin seeds - 40 g
Flax seeds - 20 g
Salt

Step by step PREPARATION:

1. Connect the warm water with the yeast and flour, stir and leave to heat for 20 minutes.

2.Pumpkin bake until tender and kill in the mashed potatoes. Add the butter, honey, and salt, stir and pour the brew.

3.Gradually add the flour and knead the dough, it should be slightly sticky.

4. At the end of kneading, add the pumpkin seeds and flax seeds, carefully stir them into batter.

5.Cover the dough with foil and leave for 1 hour, so that it has doubled.

6.Sprinkle a little flour on a board slightly stretch the dough, fold it several times and cover the bowl for another 30 minutes.
