Boiled sausage - 300 g
Boiled eggs - 3 pcs
Radish - 300 g
Cucumbers - 3 pcs
Kefir or kvass - 1L
Boiled potatoes - 3 pcs
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour cream
Green onions, dill and parsley

COOKING

1. Finely chop radishes, eggs, cucumbers, sausage, potatoes.
2. Greens and chopped green onions, rub with salt, add the vegetables and sausage.
3. Pour kefir or kvass. When serving, add sour cream.
