Water - 200 mL
Salt, pepper, turmeric - to taste
Mozzarella 18% - 100 g
PREPARATION:
1. Twist in a meat grinder fillet turkey or chicken. Adding thereto sour cream, egg, herbs, tomato (finely chopped), spices.
