Gingerbread from childhood "Bee Maya"

Delicacy, which like all children and adults.

Gingerbread with taste of childhood - it's a great dessert to please loved ones.


  • Kefir - 350 ml
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • Yolks - 2 pcs.
  • Protein - 2 pcs.
  • Honey - 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
  • Soda - 1 tsp
  • Flour - 2.5 v.

Cooking method

  1. Yolks with a protein (and the second to separate the sweet protein) and honey and sugar beat, pour the mixture into a yogurt and vegetable oil.
  2. Once again, lightly beaten.
  3. Gradually pour the sifted flour and baking soda (vinegar is not needed, soda repay yogurt) and kneading dough.
  4. Roll dough into a layer thickness of 1 cm, squeeze cup mold or circles, put them on baking parchment on a small distance and bake 25 minutes from each other at a temperature of 180 -190 degrees.
  5. While baked cakes, prepare sweet for them: Whisk one protein with 3 tablespoons of sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  6. No need to whip up steep peaks persistent, but only as long as the proteins become white and the sugar has dissolved.
  7. At the end of 20-25 minutes to get cakes from the oven, quickly spread their beaten egg whites (very useful for this purpose, use a silicone brush), can be in two layers, like me, and back to the oven for another 10 minutes.
