The essence of the diet

The diet is based on a 4-day cycle. The cycle repeats on every fifth day. You alternate protein, starch, carbohydrate and vitamin days. You have breakfast no later than 12.00, and dinner - no later than 20.00. Meals 3 times a day. Forbidden alcohol, and juices are equated to food intake. You can drink coffee without sugar, a lot of water is recommended - it will help speed up the process of losing weight.

Same breakfast

For all 4 days, breakfast is always the same - two fruits or a glass of any berries. Lunch and dinner consist of the same dishes. The difference is in portions.

Dinner. Meat (boiled, baked), or fish (stewed), or 2 eggs, or low-fat cottage cheese garnished with fresh salad or steamed vegetables. Plus 300 ml of lean broth with a small slice of whole grain bread.

Dinner. Half lunch serving, no broth and of bread.

Starch day

Dinner. Boiled or stewed: rice, potatoes, lentils, peas (one thing), with a vegetable salad and a small slice of whole grain bread.

Dinner. Half lunch portion, no bread.

Carbohydrate Day

Dinner. Pasta, or pizza based on yeast-free dough with vegetables, or stewed vegetables (you can add tomato paste). Lean pancakes are allowed, based on water and whole grain flour.

Dinner. A strip of 85% dark chocolate, 1 brownie or 3 scoops of ice cream. If you are not a sweet tooth, you can eat a serving of lunch pizza or salty crackers for dinner.

Vitamin Day

For lunch and dinner, any fruit is allowed, raw or baked. Acceptable 100 grams of any nuts, divided into 4 doses.

Important

  • Once a month fasting day: on the 29th day of the diet, you need to drink only water.
  • If suddenly you can not restrain yourself, and left the diet - start with the missed day.
