The fight against cellulite is very similar to the fight against excess weight: the recipe is simple and everyone knows it, but everyone wants a "magic pill".

Not very aesthetically pleasing bumps on the hips and buttocks - this is the same cellulite that almost every woman in the world has and with which almost everyone struggles at least from time to time.

What is cellulite scientifically?

In the subcutaneous layer, the lymph flow, microcirculation are disturbed, inflammation of the adipose tissue occurs - tubercles are obtained.

What causes cellulite:

  • sedentary lifestyle, sedentary work
  • malnutrition
  • no directional load on the muscles
  • hormonal imbalance
  • bad habits

What works in the fight against cellulite, in short:

  • physical activity / sports
  • proper nutrition with a predominance of protein
  • fight swelling naturally (drink more water - and less coffee, soda and alcohol)
  • to give up smoking
  • massages: honey, vacuum, lymphatic drainage (professional), etc.
  • normalization of hormonal levels.

Creams and masks for "problem areas"

They usually include caffeine, herbal ingredients, retinol. They can slightly improve microcirculation and get rid of edema, but this is where the effect ends, and the miracle does not happen.

To avoid cellulite, you need to get rid of excess weight, make the skin more elastic, improve microcirculation - all together. A cream or body mask cannot physically penetrate the body so deeply to create a long-term effect.

Massage brush

Again - it only affects the surface of the skin. And often there are more troubles than a positive effect, because the skin becomes dry and irritated. Perhaps, in combination with the "anti-cellulite measures" listed above, it will work, but not by itself.

Compression clothing

It is useless to wear such clothes while lying on the couch - they are usually worn when playing sports or at least walking. And it is precisely they who cope with cellulite much better than the clothes that cover it at that moment.

Roller massagers

It is difficult to imagine such a powerful roller massager that would replace a professional with his lymphatic drainage massage, which is really painful. Not a single girl will make videos so-so and will not torture herself for an hour and a half a couple of times a week.

But rubbing your legs with a roller massager while watching a series is, rather, a reassurance for your own conscience that you are not just relaxing here.

If you try hard, you can get a small anti-cellulite effect, but it must be actively and regularly maintained.

cryolipolysis

This is a cooling procedure for areas of the body where there is cellulite. In general, it promotes weight loss, but it doesn’t get rid of the “orange peel” specifically, alas.
