How often do you think that the world is unfair and that you deserve more?

And how often do you do something in order to change your life, and not adapt to the circumstances?

Most people live under pressure. Society. Families. Works. And many other, smaller, but constantly nearby things that prevent (as if) a person from living the way he wants.

And what will happen if you, in small steps, change your relationship with this world in your favor?

For example:

A family. Do not cook dinner (giving yourself a break), but order food at home or go to a restaurant. Do not wash the windows, but call a person to do it for you. Allow yourself to rest when you are exhausted.
Job. Refuse a pushy colleague to help you don't have to. Spend this time doing your responsibilities. Yes, you run the risk of becoming not good in the eyes of a colleague, but you will surely earn respect with your refusal.

Society. Don't let society pressure you when you make decisions. I'm not talking about violating the norms of behavior and laws of the Russian Federation. It's about your preferences in food, clothes, hobbies. It is not so easy to understand what you want and what others want from you. For example, fashion for clothes and a lean and/or athletic physique is an example of the most flamboyant dictatorship.

The problem is that most people think (keyword) that if they allow themselves everything they want, they will slide into a low standard of living and it will be terrible. But it's not! Without following the instructions of others, you will learn to develop your own rules, gradually, in small steps, you will move towards your desires and your comfort. To the life that will suit you.

Such transformations do not happen instantly, it can take years. But having taken the first steps, you will no longer be able to live differently.

Once you begin to follow the desires of your heart, everything around you will become conducive to your aspirations. By the way, all marathons of desires are based on this.

The trick is that when you think about what you really want, you unconsciously replay in your head the actions that you need to take in order to bring yourself closer to your dream. And one way or another, you will do everything to live the way you want.

It really works and there is no magic in it.

During such events, when your dreams come true and everything works out, a new neural connection “dream-action-result” is (literally) formed in your brain. Once, having received a positive result, your consciousness will automatically move you in the direction that brought you into a positive direction.

Of course, not everything turns out wonderfully right away, but once you try it, you will stop being afraid and your life will become better and better every day.
