Tofu in batter
You will need: 200 g tofu, 1 egg, 50 ml water, 3-4 tbsp. l. flour, salt and spices to taste, vegetable oil.
How to cook: Break an egg into a bowl, add water, beat everything together with a fork. Gradually add flour while continuing to beat to form a dough. It should be similar in texture to pancake batter. Add salt and seasoning to taste.
Cut the tofu into small bars, dip each of them in batter and fry in a pan in hot vegetable oil until a beautiful golden color. Fried tofu can be served with herbs and vegetables.Ice cream with tofu
You will need: 300 g soft tofu, 2 bananas, 50 g dark chocolate, honey to taste.
How to cook: cut peeled bananas into slices and blend in a blender with tofu and honey. You should get a homogeneous mass. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and stir into the rest of the mixture. Cover the container with ice cream with cling film and put it in the freezer until it hardens. Before serving with ice cream, you can serve berries or jam.
Coconut tofu cookies
You will need: 100 g soft tofu, 3 tbsp. l. coconut milk, 150-200 g flour, 150 g coconut flakes, 100 g sugar, 50 ml vegetable oil, 1 pack of vanilla sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 pinch of salt.How to cook: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, coconut flakes, and baking powder. Separately, blend the tofu, butter, and coconut milk in a blender. Then mix the liquid and dry ingredients, beat the resulting mass well.
Put baking paper on a baking sheet, lay out servings of cookies. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
