It is so effective that in pre-war times, the doctor prescribed them to patients in the hospital. But now we all have a nervous system, like patients in a hospital. Therefore, Tiana Fialkova shared the recipe for this miracle remedy. For its preparation, simple and budgetary ingredients are needed.

So, you will need:

The time is difficult now, many do not really sleep from a nervous shock, and even during the day they are in great tension. They asked for something as budget and affordable as possible, so I chose the funds from the pharmacy,

•Valerian tincture
•motherwort tincture
• hawthorn tincture
• tincture of peony / or Rhodiola rosea

They are on alcohol. But you can drip into boiling water and the alcohol will evaporate. This information is important, for example, for nursing. But pregnant women should not take such a drug.

To prepare a soothing talker, you need to pour all these tinctures into one container, mix and pour the resulting cocktail back into jars. These 4 bottles will last you a long time.

You can take with:

  • bad dream
  • overexcited,
  • anxiety
  • high blood pressure 10-20 drops per 1/3 cup of water.

And it's best to keep a small amount of drops in your mouth before swallowing.

Tiana Fialkova advises taking such a super tincture 1-2-3 times a day, 10-15 minutes before meals. You can also before going to bed (here is a nuance, with gastritis it can irritate the mucous membranes, mind you).

The course can be up to 2 weeks. Or a one-time appointment as needed.

 Important! If you are hypotensive, the talker will lower your blood pressure even more. In this case, you can take it only at night, when the pressure is physiologically reduced, or take only 2 tinctures: motherwort and valerian, 15 drops each in 1/3 cup of water.

But hypertensive patients are just well suited for this mix of tinctures.

In addition, you need to understand that the talker affects the rate of reaction. Consider if you drive a car or perform other work that requires increased attention, speed of mental and motor reactions.
